Why us?
We innovate solutions, make an impact, and lead positive change in our community.
We operate with a scientific and applied vision based on field research and tangible empowerment on the ground. We don't just offer theoretical training; we provide women and youth in Libya with the intellectual, professional, and technical tools necessary to become true leaders and active contributors to democratic transition and peacebuilding.
A young man and woman were empowered, their capacities were built, and they were trained in skills through our workshops and applied projects.
Some of our programs are directly aimed at developing women’s skills and enhancing their leadership and professional presence in the public sphere.
